阳明海运声明落海集装箱中无危险品及海洋污染物质
近日，阳明海运发布“YM Efficiency”轮集装箱落海声明。
声明具体内容 阳明海运“YM Efficiency”轮自高雄港开往澳洲悉尼港途中，在6月1日凌晨于悉尼港外海遭不规则涌浪冲击，造成总共83个集装箱落海，26个集装箱倒塌变形，经查，落海集装箱中并无危险品及海洋污染物质，且船身则并无严重损害。该轮遭遇海浪冲击后，船长立即向澳洲AMSA （Australian Maritime Safety Authority)通报，阳明海运也随即成立紧急应变小组掌握事情发展及处理此一突发事件。“YM Efficiency”轮本航次实际装载3307TEU，落海的集装箱中主要有阳明海运34个，长荣海运21个及东方海外的5个。 目前“YM Efficiency”轮位于悉尼港外并已取得进港许可，但因当地受恶劣天候影响导致港口暂时关闭，故目前尚无法进港。公司正全力设法安排让“YM Efficiency”轮尽速进港处理受损集装箱；对于已落海的集装箱也已由船东责任保险公司规划进行打捞及清除的工作。阳明海运也安排验船师进一步检验船舶安全，进行必要的维修处理，以确保船舶的适航性，同时船东责任保险公司代表亦完成准备，待“YM Efficiency”轮进港后即可进行公证等后续处理。 后续处理方面，阳明海运也已依集装箱装船清单通知装货港，将于“YM Efficiency”轮靠岸后清查受损名单，将完整数据提供予各装货港以利通知客户，避免客户权益受损。
阳明官方声明英文版： Yang Ming's statement regarding the containers fall off YM Efficiency YM Efficiency, one of Yang Ming fleet,announced incident of container overboard along Australia coast on 1400utc,May/31/2018, as the vessel encountered adverse weather en-routining fromKaohsiung to Sydney loaded with 3077 TEU onboard. A total of 83 containers wereoverboard, and 30 vans collapsed remaining on deck according to master’sreport. There were neither DG cargo involved in the incident, nor MarinePollutant. No vessel hull/engine damages as well. The incident has been reported to AustralianAMSA and Concerned parties. Yang Ming Headquarters has an emergency task forceset up to deal with this incident immediately to monitor the development of theincident. Till this moment, everything is under master’s control, and vessel ‘ssafety navigation has been well secured. She has already arrived out off Sydneyport, however, due port closure under adverse weather, she is unable to beberthed now. YM is trying utmost to secure a berth for her a.s.a.p. The relevant measures to unload those collapsedcontainers O/D, as well as damage repair for the deck fittings are also underarrangement. The customer involved will be informed in due course. Theoverboard containers will be salvaged/removed by vessel ‘s PNI, BritanniaP&I club. YM will keep relevant parties being postedon any updates.
